We gather in a group for 15 minutes, or you go and check each group separately. Check-ins are important because you may react to help out the group in case they are getting lost in their idea, or often they would start building too ambitious a project. Your role is to bring them back to the ground, help them with focus, concretise ideas and make them small and doable.
